Roadmap Guidance for Starting My Career in the ServiceNow Ecosystem

Hi everyone,

I need some guidance on the roadmap to start my career in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

I have completed the RiseUp with ServiceNow(India) training program conducted by ServiceNow and SmartBridge, and I am a Certified System Administrator (CSA) andCertified Application Developer (CAD). Along with this, my team and I have built two major projects in our ServiceNow PDI. Recently, I also completed an ITSM course on Udemy, gained a good understanding of ITSM processes, and created several scenarios to practice and solve real-time cases.

I am currently in the third year of my B.Tech, and my goal is to secure my first job in the ServiceNow ecosystem by the end of this year. However, most openings I come across require prior experience, and without being given an opportunity, it becomes difficult to gain that experience.

I would really appreciate your valuable time and guidance on what steps I should take next, how I can further improve my skills, and how freshers like me can break into the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Thank you in advance🙏

@RaghunathG  First of all many congratulations on completing the Riseup program and achieving the CAD and CSA certification. This truly shows how serious you are in terms of making your career in ServiceNow.

I recommend applying for internships in various companies which are either a ServiceNow customer company or a partner company. Thousands of companies are part of ServiceNow eco-system, and they are looking for the right talent to support them.

Hi @RaghunathG ,

Congratulations on your ServiceNow learning path and successfully completed CSA & CAD.

I completely second with @Sandeep Rajput's suggestion for internship along with continuous learning the any other module on top on ITSM ( like ITOM, HRSD or GRC etc. ) which will be value added during the job interview.
