I have completed all the necessary prerequisites as per the instructions provided, but I am still unable to retrieve the voucher information required for my exam. I have carefully reviewed the steps and ensured that I have met all the criteria.

Practically, as soon as you complete the CSA training you get email from SN about voucher. if you did not get better log a Now learning case and team will help you. Dont be stress, it will take time but you will get voucher and now learning team is best solution here.
