Service Now basic documentation

Hi,

This is Shalu. I use to work as Manual tester and then took a break. Now trying to get back to IT.

Trying to learn Service now. I am unable to find a step by step documentation for service Now basics.

I would like some recommendations from you guys as which path (In service now) would be good for a person with testing experience.

After learning the fundamentals of ServiceNow you may want to learn about the Automated Test Framework. There is a course in the developer portal with some step by step documentation. You will have to request a personal developer instance from the same developer portal.

In NowLearning, you can also take the ATF fundamentals course followed by the micro-certification assessment

Just finished the service now basics. It would be great if you can provide me Service now fundamentals link. I tried it and it's asking me to enroll for $300. 

It would be great if there is a free fundamental service now course.
