Servicenow Administration Fundamentals Lab 8.1

Hi all, 

Is there a solution to lab 8.1 anywhere? I am on the first section of the exercise and am struggling to locate the necessary forms, namely the incident form detailed in the abbreviated instructions. Is this just any incident form or is it one that we set up in the previous labs?
