ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals - On Demand (Latest Version Fall 2022): Lab 8.1

Hello -
Can anyone provide assistance to the proper steps to begin Lab 8.1: Create a UI Policy & Business Rules?
The instructions are "abbreviated", so the step-by-step portion is not shown.
I seem to be stuck on the very first item, which is to ADD a field to the "Manufacturer" form...which I cannot seem to locate.
I thought maybe there would be a step-by-step "answer" guide for figuring out this Lab?

I think I found it out. Its the form where you created the cloud dimensions company as a manufacturer.
all>organisation>manufacturers.
Well think this is right.

Yes! That's the route I took. Now I am stuck waitlisted for a PDI so I can finish 8.3 and the Capstone 😞

@suebahl This week I searched the filter navigator for "manufacturer" and found it under Organization. Using that I successfully completed the course.

Section 1

 

Prepare Manufacturer Form:

 

  1. Navigate to All --> Organization --> Companies 
  2. On previous lab Cloud dimensions was created, I opened that record. (Make sure you are on Default view)
  3. Right-click on the Form banner and select Configure > Form Layout
  4. Add "Contact" to the Form below |- Split -| (this will place Contact on the top right of the form).

 

Prepare Service Offering form: 

 

  1. Navigate to All > Service Portfolio Management > Service Offerings. (Make sure you are on Default view)
  2. On previous lab Infinity (HHD) was created, I opened that record. (Make sure you are on Default view)
  3. Right-click on the Form banner and select Configure > Form Layout
  4. Add "Manufacturer" to the Form under vendor.

 

Prepare Incident form: 

 

  1. Navigate to All > HHD> Incidents and Inquiries, open an existing incident (Make sure you are on Default view).
  2. Form Layout, scroll down to create new field for escalate to manufacturer as a true/false field.
  3. Add the escalate to manufacturer field, under assigned to field.
  4. Repeat process to add Manufacturer contact field, under escalate to manufacturer field.
