ServiceNow Administrator Fundamentals Course module 2

ServiceNow Administrator Fundamentals Course module 2 will not let me pass the "Instance Configuration" video to go to lesson 2, the lab (2.1.1). When I try to go to the lab a popup says "Complete the previous content to unlock!" I have rewatched video several times and redid the previous labs (1.3.1, 1.3.3), in case I missed something also.

are there tick symbols for that content? 

I am enrolled to a different course but it will be similar/same to this:

There are "In progress" tag or this for completion, can you ensure that you can see this? Please share how it looks..

Course started working after logging out and waiting 24 hours.
