- I am in search of a ServiceNow Fundamentals ebook or Hard Copy. Is there any way to obtain a copy from ServiceNow? I completed the On-Demand version of the course over a year ago. I would like to go over the labs before my 2nd attempt.
- What happens after a 3rd failed attempt at the CSA exam?
- Also, is there a Blue Print Available for Hardware Asset Management certification exam? I'm currently studying for both.

Hi,
The course would need to be enrolled under the "instructor led training" (ILT). You are given a digital copy of the book, but during a limited time window, you can purchase a hardcopy of the book (would be release specific to the current release your course is taught under -- meaning, if you enroll in the course for Rome, then you'll get the Rome version of the book and some content could change in future versions).
OnDemand there is no book as you have access to the entire course online and is in a cheaper format.
After your 4th attempt and if you fail that (which I hope you won't), you would have to retake the course to get the voucher and repeat the process over again.

Hi, I used the Reply link to post this the first time so, not sure if it came through. I don't see it so I'm trying again.
I took the Fundamentals course, but failed the CSA test. Before I take it again, I want to review the Fundamentals course again but haven't found a way to access it or retake it. I have searched for alternative study resources, both in ServiceNow and on the Internet but have not found very good options.
Before taking the test the first time, I purchased the 5 Udemy practice exams. I took them several times, passing all of them. However, when I took the real exam, there were too many questions that were not on the Udemy tests and I failed. I have since purchased the CertsLeague practice exam but have found a few of their answers I know are wrong. This makes me concerned how many may be wrong that I don't already know the answer to.
Any suggestions for resources I can use to help me pass the test this next Friday, April 8th, 2022 would be MUCH appreciated. My job depends on it!
