ServiceNow Fundamentals on Demand is Paid?

Hi,
I am opting towards ServiceNow Admin certifications which has the following course as mandatory, "ServiceNow Fundamentals on Demand" but I need to pay 300$ for it. The certification exam also costs 300$. Is this true? do I need to pay 600$ to get to my certification exam?

CSA is 2 steps

1. Training: Yes, it is mandatory for anyone or everyone to complete this training. Now question about the fee.

If you are working with any ServiceNow partner company, then you can get this training free of cost (Your company already has an agreement with SN), if not then you need to pay USD 300 plus taxes.

2. Voucher: After completing training, you will get an email to claim a voucher and the same condition applies. The voucher cost is also USD 300 plus taxes.

Total $600 plus taxes if you are not working with a partner company.

Yes, you have  to pay 300 USD for course and 300 USD for voucher.
