ServiceNow Platform Implementation (CIS) any free self study courses ?

Hi All,

I am trying to learn CIS ITSM and the now learning platform has some courses with fees , is there any self study curse I can enroll into ??

I cant pay $2400 for live classes .

Courses like

and ITSM implementation are fee based

Hi - check out NowLearning https://nowlearning.service-now.com/ for lots of classes, many of which are free (but not all). 

Also, consider getting a Personal Developer Instance (PDI) so you have a safe playground to learn upon.. https://developer.servicenow.com

Hi there,

Concerning CIS ITSM, there are indeed several nice learning sources on NowLearning, also free. Though if it concerns actual CIS and the exam... you would need to have a voucher. A voucher which comes with the ITSM Implementation class (which you already mentioned, $2400). No voucher: no exam.

ServiceNow is slowly moving to On Demand courses, which after you can buy a voucher for only a few hundred dollars. The On Demand ITSM Implementation course is scheduled for:

Hi Mark,

I am targeting CIS ITSM certification, is there a way I can approach for self study material on now learning , I cannot afford the paid classes but I like working on servicenow and would like to upskill myself to uplift my chances to get job opportunity in ServiceNow.

There was a post several months ago about ServiceNow planning to move many of their courses to on-demand within year 2021. Not sure if it's still valid but I'm also waiting until then.
