ServiceNow University Lift Off to Knowledge (voucher not received)

I have received this email from pandadoc on 25th March 2026,

"ServiceNow University Lift Off to Knowledge Sweepstakes | Entry Period 3 Prize - Kartik Jain" document has been completed by all participants.

After this I haven't received any update from there side nor I got my voucher in the now learning ID, if anyone have any idea? let me know.

Do anyone have any idea where I can find my voucher.

Prize winners will receive their prizes within sixty (60) days of the winner selection. Since the entry period has only recently closed, the fulfillment window is still in progress.
