I have 11+ years of experience in IT Service management and Delivery. along with this I have 5 years of infrastructure project management as well. I have used SNOW as a tool for quiet a long time now, based on my experience I want to know which would be the best certifications for Me and Why as I am planning to complete 1 asap.
I have more experience in operations and delivery and not developer role also will tha certiifcation somehow cover PM topics or a module which helps in PM as well. thank you.

Its NOT SNOW, its SN or ServiceNow.
You can pick the journey Career Journey - Now Learning (servicenow.com)
Start with TPM -Project manager or BA path, in all CSA is first and basic which you need to do first to understand about SN.
Begin a trainer, I recommend, start with BA journey.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @Atul SNOW is the abbreviatiion we use at our workplace but now, I know the correct shortcut 🙂
here is what I understood, CSA is the 1st course that I need to complete to understand about SN in details.
BA or TPM Journey? I saw the certification or learning path and I am developing more interest towards TPM but this journey will make me expert only in SN projects like transtion, migration or will help me in overall PM role?
is the TPM based on any methodolgies such as PRINCE2 or Agile? or how it is - thank you.
