System Administration Fundamentals on Demand: Lab 4.4

At the beginning  of the lab  step #2 search for the HR Case table. I have searched everywhere and cannot locate anything under HR. I've also tried revisiting previous labs to see if I missed something. 😞

This screenshot below is from the ebook for the course they show the knowledge bases I'm suppose to have (you can see the HR knowledge bases)

and the below screenshot is from my Instance knowledge bases I have. why am I missing the HR KB's and where can I get them? so I can continue on with my on demand course.

SO once you activate that plugin , The kB wil appear.

My experience say, when ever we take lab instance, it loaded with required plugins.
