Task 13: Configure Remediation - CMDB Micro-Cert Simulator

Hi All,

 

I have completed all the steps including the workflow, remediation rule, health preference and then finished by completing the remediation task which updated the short description.

 

However, it still says I have failed. Can someone from ServiceNow manually validate this for me please?

Go to Learning.servicenow.com

Left side 3rd tab : Help Centre

A new page open

Then right side - Create Case.

As stated above, all the tasks have been completed and as seen in the screenshot the workflow has worked correctly as well as the remediation rule. 

 

I have had numerous issues with validating tasks during this Micro-Cert. Can I have someone manually validate my task please.

Hi @JosephWheil - No one here on the ServiceNow Community can help you with manual validation of the task. For that, you need to open a support case via the Learning website.
