I'm at the end of the ServiceNow System Administrator course, and am ready to do the Capstone project. The instructions say to complete it in my personal developer instance. I went to developer.servicenow.com and requested an instance. But when I go in, I get this screen:
I looked at the detailed solutions that were in the course materials to see if there were more clues, but they start with navigating to All > ..... - I don't see that.
I checked other solutions in the Community. One person said to click on my profile and switch to admin, but I don't see that, either:
And when I view my profile, I see that I'm an admin, anyway:
I'm really stuck, and I hope that in the future, ServiceNow will make this more clear, especially for those of us who are totally new to ServiceNow.
Thank you for your help 😃
Louise

@louiserp That's the App Engine Studio home page.
On the Developer site, click the button in the top-right corner to bring up a list of options under 'My Instance'.
Click 'Change User Role' and switch Usesr Role from 'App Engine Studio Creator' to 'Admin'.
Now when you click 'Start Building' you should see what you're expecting to see.

Thanks - that did it! Wow, that was not intuitive. I really wish the exercise instructions had newbies in mind!
Now I can get working.... 😊

Great @louiserp - enjoy the capstone! It's a great way to get some practical experience on the platform. And if you get stuck on anything you can always come back here and ask.
