Hi community,
As I now left my previous job, I merged my account associated with my ex-company's to my old account that I had before I joined that company. The next day I received an email that the merge completed. However, I am unable to get to my My learning. Every time I try, it fails:

Why did this happen? what went wrong? A couple of ex-colleagues did the merge previously and had access to everything as soon as merge completed.... I am unable to get to any support as well.
I need to get this resolved quickly, as am keen to take some courses before my next role starts. Can anyone help or advise please?
