Hi community,
As I now left my previous job, I merged my account associated with my ex-company's to my old account that I had before I joined that company. The next day I received an email that the merge completed. However, I am unable to get to my My learning. Every time I try, it fails:

Why did this happen? what went wrong? A couple of ex-colleagues did the merge previously and had access to everything as soon as merge completed.... I am unable to get to any support as well.
I need to get this resolved quickly, as am keen to take some courses before my next role starts. Can anyone help or advise please?

That would be my first action but like I mentioned in my post I can't get now to any raising case links in Support page. If you have a link I can use, please, kindly share.

Hi @Alt30
Adding @Jim Poisson , he will be the right person to support you.
FYI, I heard that the few case was recently reopened, possibly due to multiple issues arising from the merging process.
Also, as you mentioned, you're unable to log in to the now learning platform. Have you checked if your new organization has added you to their partner portals? If not, please ask your manager to add you so you can access the new learning system.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
