unable to access My learning after merging

Hi community,

As I now left my previous job, I merged my account associated with my ex-company's to my old account that I had before I joined that company. The next day I received an email that the merge completed. However, I am unable to get to my My learning. Every time I try, it fails:

Why did this happen? what went wrong? A couple of ex-colleagues did the merge previously and had access to everything as soon as merge completed.... I am unable to get to any support as well.

I need to get this resolved quickly, as am keen to take some courses before my next role starts. Can anyone help or advise please?

@Alt30 Try your old account again. I believe it should be resolved by now.

Hello @Jim Poisson ,

Could you please help me , I'm also facing same issue .

Thanks

Ranjith

DM me your current and former email addresses and I will see what I can do

Hey Jim,

I'm having exactly the same issue (and in the middle of a course).

I've tried to DM you, but I keep getting random errors, such as 'Authentication Failed' or 'HTML error'.

Could you help at all?

Just realised that I may have been signed in to my old account somehow, even though I'd signed in to my current one on community multiple times since sending the above message.

Having a bit of a cluster here... haha

I sent you a message. What I need is the email of the account you're trying to access the University with.
