Unable to access ServiceNow University home page

Hi Everyone,

 

When I log in to my ServiceNow university account, it shows a blank page. While I can access any other courses I have bookmarked, the home page of the University shows a clock icon. Is anyone else experiencing the same error?

Can you open a case here (assuming clearing browser cache didn't resolve the issue) https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1000420 and send me the case number?

Hi @PrasannaK031438 

I am facing same issue as well. I tried different browser or in private-window but issue was not resolved. What I tried, just search any course name directly in web browser and then it will open and you can access your learning profile without any issue.

According to Servicenow,This is not user specific as multiple users have been unable to log in to the ServiceNow University home page. 

 

I've received an update that the issue is fixed from backend by ServiceNow engineering team. Please try to login after clearing browser cookies and cache.
