Unable to claim Free exam voucher after completion of Servicenow Fundamentals on Demand

Hi
Last Year I had enrolled on the Servicenow Fundamentas On demand which was free to take and to get the free exam voucher after completion the course. I completed the course 100% and obtained all the badges. and I created webassessor account.
But unfortunately I am unable to see the free voucher code for ServiceNow Administrator exam. I have raised a Case also regarding this.
How Can I sort out this

just to be sure, you have looked into your profile on the nowlearning platform?
Otherwise you have already taken the needed steps, as the right thing to do is raise a case through now learning

Hi @Black Coder ,
Go to your profile and click on "My vouchers" to check for the available vouchers in the nowLearning site.
if there is any voucher that needs to be claimed it will be shown there.
Sometimes there might be a mandatory step where we need to link the webaccessor account in order to claim the voucher.
