Unable to claim Free exam voucher after completion of Servicenow Fundamentals on Demand

Hi 

Last Year I had enrolled on the Servicenow Fundamentas On demand which was free to take and to get the free exam voucher after completion the course. I completed the course 100% and obtained all the badges. and I created webassessor account. 

But unfortunately I am unable to see the free voucher code for ServiceNow Administrator exam. I have raised a Case also regarding this.

How Can I sort out this

I am having the same issue. I have the "eligible for voucher" badge (and received email), but nothing is showing under "my vouchers". I really don't understand why they have to make this process so confusing and difficult. I also opened a ticket, but they are pretty slow to reply to these learning issues, in my experience. Has anyone figured it out without a ticket to support?

In case anyone still has this issue... I was not able to self-resolve and needed support to get involved. They were actually pretty quick with this and replied within a few days. They said that a previous voucher that expired before I could use it, was causing my issue.  I was ultimately able to get the voucher I needed. I will say that it wasn't a great overall user experience though because it should not be that difficult.

To get the free exam voucher:

 

  1. Make sure that you enrolled and completed the training during the months of June 1st - October 30, 2022.
  2. The voucher should be assigned to your Now Learning profile under "My Vouchers".
