Unable to claim Voucher that still has not expired.

Hello , 

I have issue claiming the voucher for CSA exam as  I recently received a voucher that can be claimed before end of 2025. However, when I try to claim it , it does not allow me to claim and it shows my old voucher which I didn't claim more that 2 years ago. Please advise.

Hello All,

I had shared screenshot regarding  this issue since start . I opened another case referring old case as suggested here.  As update,  I received reply about 4 days later today saying they are looking into issue.  Will update on progress.
