Unable to complete Course: Performance Analytics (PA) Advanced On Demand to 100%

These lessons: 

Adoption Journey
Report Building Techniques
Responsive Dashboards

never show up as completed how many ever times I try. I make sure to click all buttons, images, links  through every nook and corner of the lesson, but still shows as incomplete.

Has anybody completed this course. Please help. I am struggling for the past 3 days. Since the course is at 86% I am unable to claim the voucher.

This is a known issue. i solved this by raising a case with ServiceNow. sometimes, the course is not marked as complete due to a glitch, try raising a case here in the help center, they will share the exact issue and give you how to fix this. in my case, once course w...

ensure that every item in these courses have a green checkmark. If there is no green. Checkmark you need to investigate further and complete the missing item.
