Unable to get a Developer Instance

I'm trying to request an instance but am getting the following error. 

 

My Reports Application disappeared and so I released my instance twice in the same day, trying to get it back. Perhaps this set off some kind of alert to prevent from requesting a third instance. I don't know who to talk to address this, however. Any input?

Hi @Mannsåker 

Hold on for a moment. Generally, new PDIs take time to load and should be ready soon. If not, there’s no option—your PDI doesn’t come with support for it. You might need to either release it or take a new one.

sir I'm unable to complete task 6 in micro certification (Xanadu) instead of getting dashboard over view  I'm getting platform analytics as the main page and I'm unable to create dashboards please help to overcome the problem .

In the Yokohama release, SN merged and enhanced the reporting in Platform Analytics and I.E. However, the reasons mentioned in the labs do not match what's seen in the instance. Please follow the video to create the dashboard
