Unable to Login to ServiceNow University

Hi All,

I recently switched to a new employer and I am unable to login to ServiceNow university after updating to new email ID. After I enter the MFA code, system keeps redirecting me to two different pages. Any thoughts on what might be causing this issue?

Jim Poisson,  can you please help me.  I am at my wits end trying to login to ServiceNow University.  It has worked for over a year but about a month ago I stopped getting MFA code sent to my email (Outlook).  I cannot "set up additional MFA options, as I cannot login to my account"  My email is superdavepctech@msn.com and would appreciate any help as I have many courses in progress and test vouchers I now cannot access.  I just need someone to help me enroll in additional MFA options as my email is not receiving MFA codes anymore.   Thanks!!

Just seeing this now as I was OOO. I didn't see anything in your account that was causing this issue. I see your case looks like it has made some progress. Support is the best resource for this issue. I wish I could do more.
