Unable to open support case with NowSupport

I am not certain this is the proper place for this, but is anyone else having an issue opening a case with Now Support for help with their developer account?  I have been getting this error for two weeks straight regardless of the selections I chose.

Hi @joed1346 ,

 

According to PDI instance setup etc. there is no help to get from ServiceNow. So for you to get the best help through the community, I would advise you to create a case in the fora: https://www.servicenow.com/community/virtual-agent-nlu/ct-p/virtual-agent-natural-language instead of the training and certification forum, and make sure that you have a good headline and description of your issue.

Hi @joed1346 

 

It happened to me once a month back, I just cleared cached and reopened the link again and tried and it worked for me. You can also log case via Now learning -> Help Centre as well.
