I'm taking the ServiceNow administrative fundamentals on demand course. When I try and start the ServiceNow instance, I'm getting the error below, saying Unable to provision an instance.
I can find support, but I can't find anyway to "log a support case".
Does this mean you are only allowed to start the instance so many times?

Hi @JC123
Seems the quota is already full and no instance available. If you have any other lab which you are not using try to release the same and then request for new one.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hello,
This could be due to one of two instance limits. If you are currently taking more than two courses that require instances to be provisioned, you would be prompted to shut one down. Otherwise, if you have asked to have more than five instances spun up against any one course you would hit another limit. If you go to the help center on Now Learning, or open the Virtual Agent on the bottom right of the screen it can help you create a case.
