I recently started learning service now Application development for getting job opportunities and intended to buy the 'Application Development Fundamentals On Demand' course to complete the certification but, regrettably, ended up enrolling in the 'Scripting in ServiceNow Fundamentals On Demand' course by mistake. This course selection was not my intended choice, and I kindly request assistance in rectifying this error.
Could someone kindly help me how to transfer my enrollment or credits to the correct course, 'Application Development Fundamentals On Demand,' and withdraw my enrollment from 'Scripting in ServiceNow Fundamentals On Demand'?
It's disheartening to note that the support team has not been providing adequate responses to my help tickets. Instead of addressing my concern, they have merely forwarded the non-refundable terms and conditions. I would like to emphasize that I raised this issue within a minute of enrolling in the course.
As a recent graduate, I find myself in a financially challenging situation and cannot afford to make an additional purchase for $300. The unintentional enrollment in the wrong course has put me in a difficult position. I sincerely hope for a compassionate and understanding resolution to this issue, as I am eager to continue my learning journey with the correct course. Your assistance in this matter would be immensely valuable to me.
I would greatly appreciate your swift attention to this matter. Thank you for your support.

Hi @rravula
Greetings!!
Sorry to hear your case. But no one here can help other than the SN case support team. Also my experience said, the chances for refund is zero , as per policy. But still recommend to give a try and do follow up with SN support team.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
Regards
