Assistance Required to Claim Certification Voucher Post Course Completion

Hi All,

I have successfully completed the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand course via the Partner Portal. I understand that this course makes me eligible for the Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam voucher.

However, I’ve noticed that the Now Learning portal UI has changed recently, and I’m unable to locate the section to claim my voucher. The portal now redirects to ServiceNow University, and I’m unsure of the updated steps to proceed.

Could you please guide me on how to claim the voucher and proceed with scheduling the exam via Webassessor?

and there is Voucher next to your picture. Also, the voucher has been delivered to your email address.

Also, just to be clear - passing that certification will make your eligible for the voucher, but the voucher is a subject of payment 300 USD + taxes. "Eligible doesn't mean it's free."

Hi All,

I too have just finished the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand course via the Partner Portal.

I do not have any vouchers under "My Vouchers" and i cannot see any emails either for the voucher. does this take a while to come in?  i am a few weeks away from wanting to sit the exam but i just wanted to set myself up and understand the process which is confusing to say the least.
