Hey, I'm doing the eLearning course on welcome to service now and after opening an Instance i follow the steps but it and once I'm done I go back to the eLearning and it looks like it hasn't recorded any progress and there is no Validate button. looked around and i cant find anything to say why its missing. i cant complete any of the instance work due to this.

@alexwilson Try to log-out and login again from the Now Learning portal. If the issue still persists then you can raise a Now Learning support case to get this issue addressed.

I'm not sure if it's waiting to be approved or something, but my own post on this issue is not showing up on the forum so I figured I would ask here.
I'm having the same issue, but logging out/clearing cache/changing browsers is not resolving the issue. I'm unable to complete any training as the button to validate tasks is completely missing. Anyone have anymore ideas?
