webassessor exam record not syncing with servicenow profile

The exam result is currently visible on WebAssessor.
however it is not appearing under my MyExam in my service now
I tried to check and update the webassessor email address field on the servicenow portal but the field no longer appears in my profile settings.
it has now disappeared so I cannot verify or correct linked email if in case that there is a typo. But it should be linked.
Could you please assist with:
- Confirming and linking my webassessor account to my servicenow certification profile?
- ensuring my exam record is properly sync so that I can retake the exam

under My Exams tab, I don't see my exams that I took at Webassessor, I believe that currently it display only the exams scheduled or passed with the Pearson platform.
If you raise a case, then please tell me what you find, it will be important to know for future occurrences of the same thing by other community members.

Atul: It is no longer needed. We might have just read-only access, but the Glace WebAssessor will soon be out of use.”

Atul:As the site has been updated recently, it might take some time for past exams to be added to your SN profile. So, wait for some time. This is happening to everyone—you can book new exams, but you can’t see the old ones yet.
