I am at the start of my ServiceNow training journey and am on the Implementer Path. I have two paid models to complete before taking the CSA exam:
Knowledge Management (KM) Implementation; and
ITSM Fundamentals
Both are tagged with "Equivalency". What does this mean? I hope it means that if I can demonstrate a related certification ie. ITIL, I don't have to spend money to take the course. However, I have searched forums for the term and can't find anything that explains what is meant by "Equivalency" in this context.
Does anyone have anyone here clarify please?
Regards,
Chris
