Hi @ashu1111,
first of all, don't worry, certs are not getting lost ;))
To ensure it's still valid, navogate to this link:
https://partnerportal.service-now.com/partnerhome?id=verify_certificate
Type there your name and you will see your active certifications.
When have you passed it? There's been a transition between exam platforms, Webassessor is no longer to be used but if you achieved your cert with them, it's still visible in your linked WA profile. If you passed it after 18th Nov it was already after the transition and it will not be visible in the WA after that date...
instead go to "My Exams" part at the University:
https://learning.servicenow.com/now/lxp/my-exams
Last but not least, you can raise a case for SN University team in te Help Centre (top menu)

Hi @ashu1111 ,
How to verify your ServiceNow certification
Partner Portal Check
Go to: Verify Certificate
Enter your name to see active certifications.https://partnerportal.service-now.com/partnerhome?id=verify_certificate
Exam Platform Transition Info
- Before 18th Nov → Exams were on Webassessor. Your certs will still show in your linked WA profile.
- After 18th Nov → Transitioned to the new platform. Certs won’t appear in WA anymore.
Check on ServiceNow University
- Navigate to: My Exams
If still unclear
- Raise a case with the ServiceNow University team via the Help Centre please do raise case so that servicenow team will help out
- if you found this helpful please do mark it helpful and accept the soloution

Hi @AbinC,
It's okay to get inspired but you just copied my reply to genAI to slightly rephrase it, but it's more than obvious that it's plagiarism!
Why do you do that? Do you really think that repeating what was said is helpful to the asker? Instead, you should share your own experience rather than to unethically copying others.
Let's say your reply will be marked for solution, would that make you happy or what's your ambition?
Please follow the ServiceNow Community Code of Conduct for all members and contribute with your own thoughts and when citing, mention the source. This is very disappointing to see in the Community.
Shame on you!

Hi @ashu1111
I'm not sure which method you used to transfer the old certifications to the new ones—was it through an SN case or another method? Once the account transfer is completed, all your certifications should move to your new email ID. If there is still an issue, it's better to log a new learning case and ask the team to check."
Below are the steps for merging your accounts:
First, clear your browser cache in Google Chrome and restart.
2. After that, log in to your new Now Learning account using your credentials via this link: https://nowlearning.
3.Click on the profile icon (typically showing your initials) in the top-right corner of the Now Learning page and select Update My Profile.
4.Scroll down to the "Identity" section and click on either the Update ID or Merge Old ID link.
If you've created a new ServiceNow ID, click Merge Old ID.
If you have not created a new ServiceNow ID, click Update ID
5. Carefully review the considerations provided.
(If you're ready to proceed, click Yes to submit the merge request, or click No if you'd prefer to continue later)
6.Enter your alternate ServiceNow ID in the provided field and follow the on-screen verification instructions.
(Note: If you're unable to access your email, click the Show other verification options link.)
7.Click Verify. You should then see the "Email Verified" page.
8.Review, Confirm and authorize the merge request details.
9.Finally, click Submit to complete the process. Your merge request is now submitted.
Please note:
Save your request ID for any support or troubleshooting you may need during the process.
The Merge Old ID process may take up to 48 hours to complete, while the Update ID process takes about 4 hours.
Once the process is finalized, you'll receive a confirmation email.
