Why am i getting logout successful when i try to login !!

when I am trying to login a message tell me logout successful!!!!!

I am not able to login help pleaaase

and then system MFA code from PingID after that system redirect to Logout successful page. 

What should i do next?

Is this resolved , else you could Cache your browser and restart your browser and login again, Hope this helps.
