Why am i getting logout successful when i try to login !!

when I am trying to login a message tell me logout successful!!!!!

One main reason will be user's account "locked out" field is updated to True. So you can reach out to administrator to update locked out field to False and user will be able to access as usual

I have found this occurring for SSO enabled instances for one for the following reasons:

  • User is locked out in the instance - unlock them
  • User's email is blank in the instance - Fill in the email address
  • More than one user exists with the same email - Search for and remove the duplicate user.
