Why I can't use my voucher code for retaking CSA exam?

I failed my first CSA exam, and now I want to retake it. But it doesnot let me to use my voucher code for registering the exam.

Hello J@yce,

Vouchers can only be used for the initial attempt at an exam. Per our Retake Policy, you must pay for the next attempt at an exam. You can view how to register for a retake exam attempt can be found in the Certification Candidate Journey Guide in the Obtain Your Exam Result lesson. 

Note, you should submit a case for this only if you have paid for additional training and or a voucher after your failed attempt. The Certification team will then be able to assist you with a new voucher.

You can't use it again. You have to pay for the retake. I think you need to go to Webassessor and pay for the retake there

I am not using the same voucher for retake. it is a new assigned voucher.

In that case open a personal case on Now Learning.

In case you are trying to use same voucher again , you simply can't. The voucher has been used.

In case you have a new voucher and you are unable to schedule exam using the NEW voucher, raise a case from nowlearning.

Help --> Create Support Case --> Select the first option as "certification" and 2nd option as "Voucher". Please elaborate your issue and attach the screenshot of the error message.

I have seen people not raising case under correct category there by increasing the resolution time.
