Hi Community,
I'm planning for CIS-ITSM certification this month(after 27th Aug as exam window is closed till then) . But not able to find Washington/Xanadu version of ITSM course. Still Vancouver release ITSM course is available on now learning.
I'm not sure if I can continue learning Vancouver version or need to wait for Washington/Xanadu version course to be available on nowlearning. If yes, then I need to appear for Wasington release exam and in that case new features would be included & might miss that.
Could someone please help me on this?
Thanks in advance!

No, the ebook will be the same, when I say delta, you can refer to Release Notes, I know it's tough to go through but that only way. Because there is no delta for this release so no specific document we have like we have in the previous one.
5-8 questions source is Release notes only.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Greetings
It may take some time for SN to update the now learning course. You can go for exam, and to get more comfortable, plz go through delta documents to go through.
My experience say only 5 to 8 questions get changed in exam.

Hello @Dr Atul G- LNG ,
Thanks for the quick response. Do you mean E book by Delta documentation?
I'm concerned about those 5-8 new questions. Which source can help me to get those new questions?
