Q1 2018 Quarterly Patching Targets

The Quarterly Patching Program (QPP) schedules patches to make sure customer instances are up-to-date with the latest in security and performance fixes.

In Q1-2018, ServiceNow will patch customer instances to the targets shown below. We encourage our customers to not delay and patch earlier than they are scheduled to accommodate or prevent any scheduling conflicts.

The targets for Q1 2018 are as follows:

Unsupported Families:

Helsinki will become unsupported with the planned release of Kingston in January 2018. For more information on unsupported releases, please review KB0598977.

Security-only patches:
ServiceNow is releasing a series of security patches in Q1 2018. The applicable target will be reflected in your change (CHG) record. Please visitKB0635379 for more information on security patches.
