The Quarterly Patching Program (QPP) schedules patches to make sure customer instances are up-to-date with the latest in security and performance fixes.
In Q2-2018, ServiceNow will patch customer instances to the targets shown below. We encourage our customers to patch earlier than they are scheduled to accommodate or prevent any scheduling conflicts.

Unsupported Families:
Istanbul will become unsupported with the planned release of London in August 2018.
Helsinki is now unsupported with the release of Kingston in January 2018.
