The new "Customer Self-Service Portal: Manage Upgrades" video provides a demonstration of the new streamlined process for requesting version entitlement for an instance. Before this update, entitlement requests were separate from instance upgrades, but now they have been combined into one easy-to-use page. When your company's version entitlement is granted, you can schedule the upgrade for any of your instances.
This video will cover changes made to the entitlement processes on HI including:
