Adoption blueprints is not showing in My instance

Hi Team,

 

nothing is showing up in adoption blue print. We are currently in glide-yokohama-12-18-2024__patch7-hotfix2b-10-21-2025 version. Can you please check and suggest what's wrong.

As I checked with Servicenow vendor, the issue is due to product defect PRB1991076.
