Hi ,
After upgrade from Washington to Yokahama plugin action expand button is not showing in flow designer.
please refer the screenshot 1: Yokahama flow,

Hmm, I do not know that specific action, it could be the inputs where changed. to dynamic, which is probably dependent on the subscription ID field, but I'm just guessing at this point.
If that's the case it could make sense that you are unable to change the inputs manually but to make sure please refer to the documentation and or release notes of that action/application.

Do you think is this related to any access related? I have admin rights still not able to expand.
I think not. and one more think is this the new feature after upgrading?
