After Zurich upgrade Knowledge articles are not shown through AI search in portal per default

After Zurich upgrade Knowledge articles are not shown through AI search in portal unless you click on Knowledge in Source Filter. 
How can this get solved?

Hi @MichaellaP 

Try repairing the AI Search plug-in and the KM plug-in, as the issue is likely due to the upgrade. These are the primary ways to resolve this.
