Application navigator gone after the patch

After the patch I cant see the application navigator and im not able to search the properties in global search(to disable polaris)

Hi Francis,

Try clearing cache of instance by suffixing cache.do at end of the URL.

Alternatively, try in private browsing or incognito mode.

@francis calva1 Simply logout and try login again the menu would appear.

Hi @francis calva1 ,

 

Log out of your instance, clear the cache, reopen the browser and open the developer instance once again from https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/home - This should do the trick. And be patient, it will come. I have noticed that after upgrade to vancouver it loads more slowly.

Hi @francis calva1 ,

 

Just try to refresh your page, most of the time maybe due to connectivity issue or slowness the page does not load properly & we don't receive the All ,fav & workspace option.

 

If still doesn't work try clearing the cache by using cache.do in your url.
