Please suggest Best practices for plugin upgrade from utah release to Vancouver release(All the steps).

@Naga13 If the instance is on Utah then you can't upgrade plugins to Vancouver release separately. The entire instance would need to be upgraded to Vancouver, the installed plugins would automatically get upgraded here.
