Can't add back security_admin role

After we upgrade our instance to London, my admin account lost security_admin role. I would normally impersonate 'System Administrator' user and add this role to my account. But when i impersonate oob user 'System Administrator' am not able to see elevate privileges option? When i checked the Roles of 'System Administrator' i can see the security_admin role

In that case how do i add my self security_admin role?

Hi,

As others have said, you have to actually login as them and not impersonate for security admin/elevate to show, which then you'd be able to assign that to others. If you've forgotten the OOB sys admin account, I believe as a fellow admin you can change it yourself in the user record otherwise you'd need to reach out to SN HI Support.
