Hello,
I am new in this forum and probably using the wrong group. I am trying to install TNI on my Learning instance and i got a failure message but not details about why it failed. Do I need to have a certain level of user profile in Servicenow to install TNI on my Learning instance ?
Thank you
A.

Hi @bidar
Is TNI installation part of your lab instructions? If yes and it’s not working, please log a case with the Now Learning team.
I’d also suggest logging out and logging back in, then trying again. Sometimes it fails due to backend resource issues needed for installation—nothing to worry about, just try again.

Thank you Atul for your advice. I started to create a case with Now Learning support and got for the following tip that I had to activate the Lab App installation which is not activated by default.

Thanks Atul,
as per your advice, I started to raise an incident with the lab team and the AI agent proposed me this solution which worked. https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/on-demand-training-and-content/unable-to-install-plugins-unab...
