Hi all,
After our upgrade to Australia, none of our users can access the Catalog Items tab in Catalog Builder.
When anyone opens Catalog Builder and clicks Catalog Items, it just shows the spinning loading bar forever. It never finishes loading.
This happens for every user we've tested with, including admins. We've also tested with users who have every relevant role/access level we can think of, so from what we can see, it doesn’t look like a simple role or ACL issue.
Things we've already tried:
- Cleared cookies and cache
- Incognito/private browser sessions
- Chrome and Firefox
- Different networks
- Different operating systems: Windows, macOS, Linux
- Different PCs
- Admin accounts and non-admin accounts
We also checked browser dev tools, including Console and Network, but we're not seeing any obvious errors or failed requests.
This started right after the Australia upgrade.
Has anyone else seen this with Catalog Builder after upgrading? Any known issue, workaround, or specific logs/tables/scripts we should check?
Thanks.

Hi @98Arvin
Update Catalog builder to its latest version.
If it is already updated with latest version, Then Repair the plugin.
Clear the instance cache using Cache.do in Navigator and then try.
