Direct Link is not working on ServiceNow portal after Vancouver Upgrade

Hello Community,

On ServiceNow portal, Direct Link is not working on portal after Vancouver Upgrade.

 

When I am clicking particular tiles or word in that time links is changes in the URL tab. but not redirecting to that page. I am on the initial page only.
After that I refresh that page. then is showing correct page.

and its happening everywhere in the portal.

Is there solution or way to resolve this issue ? I checked widget pages or else where I can check.

Hi,
check if roles have been added to the quick link's user criteria by the upgrade.
