Displaying Help Text for Checkbox

Hi, I had a request for displaying Help text for a checkbox field on workspace. Please help me to process this requirement

This is for the hover option, but i am not looking for hover.
When I select the checkbox field to True, then the message should appear

You can then use a UI Policy to hide the message, but note that it will only affect the message displayed at the top of the form.
