Need details on when the SNOW Vancouver patch 9 hot fix 2a was released and when its going EOSL.

According to it, it was released on July 11, 2024. The EOL for Vancouver should be September 2024 barring exceptions.

Depends on your contract, if you are eligible for N-1 or N-2. We all can't tell you that, that's what you should know yourself 😀.
